A blog post announcing the Metino Rebrand

A brave new world

We've spent a lot of time working closely with AI tools. And one thing has been impossible to ignore: the pace at which they evolve.

During our own R&D, we watched capabilities shift faster than we expected. Features we'd explored one month looked completely different the next. Workflows we'd mapped out were superseded before we'd finished writing them up. Not because anything was broken — but because the tools kept getting better, and the possibilities kept expanding.

We found that energising. But it also raised an important question: if the tools are moving this fast for us, what does that mean for the businesses trying to adopt them?

A moving target

Most businesses don't have the luxury of living inside these tools every day. They're running teams, serving customers, hitting targets. AI is a priority — but it's one of many.

And the traditional approach to adoption wasn't built for this. Programmes designed around a fixed set of features and a defined end-state assume the destination stays still. Increasingly, it doesn't.

We realised that the challenge wasn't just getting people started with AI. It was helping them keep going — confidently — as things continued to change.

Going back to the beginning

If you know the Metino name, you'll know we've been in the technology space before — as a consultancy working with startups. We understood fast-moving environments. We knew how to help businesses build with emerging tools.

But this moment felt different. AI wasn't just another technology shift — it was changing how people work at every level. And we knew that being genuinely useful here required more than adapting what we already did. It required starting fresh.

So before we relaunched, we made a deliberate decision: do the R&D properly first.

We got hands-on with the tools. We built workflows, tested approaches, and pushed past the demos to find what was actually valuable in practice. We explored what made adoption stick — and what made it fall apart.

What we kept finding pointed in the same direction. The teams getting real, lasting value from AI weren't necessarily the most technically skilled. They were the ones who had shifted how they thought about working. Curious. Comfortable with iteration. Willing to experiment, learn, and keep going.

The technology mattered. But the behaviours and mindset shifts mattered more.

That changed everything about how we designed Metino.

The pivot: designing for continuous change

Once we saw it clearly, it was hard to unsee.

Adoption isn't a project with a finish line. It's an ongoing practice — one that has to flex as the tools flex, as teams grow, as priorities evolve. The businesses that will thrive aren't the ones who completed a programme. They're the ones who build a culture of learning into how they work every day.

That insight didn't just shape our services. It shaped how we think about ourselves.

If we're going to help businesses build that kind of adaptability, we need to embody it too. We needed a brand that reflected not just where we are, but how we move — one that could grow with us as the landscape continues to shift.

That's what led to the refresh.

Meet the new Metino

The new look isn't a reinvention. It's a clearer expression of what we've built — sharpened and brought to life.

We wanted warmth. Because working through change can feel uncertain, and people need to feel supported, not sold to. We wanted humanity. Because at the heart of every AI adoption story are real people, real teams, real challenges — and that's what we're here for. And we wanted adaptability baked into every element — a brand that feels alive, not fixed.

The positioning that guides everything we do still says it plainly:

Less hype. More adoption.
